Missilia is latin for "a group of missiles". We love the symbolism of being strong yet sleek, and we are more powerful when we work together. An unguided Missile is a dangerous thing!
What does HelloMissilia Do?
HelloMissilia is a shopping service that partners with US Veterans and independent product manufacturers to curate and deliver the highest quality natural beauty, fitness, wellness and home items to our customers.
We actively seek partnerships with organizations looking to sponsor box donations for strong women, such as Active and Veteran Military, First Responders, Human Trafficking Survivors and more.
How does HelloMissilia work?
1. We curate new items every month.
2. We ship the items to you or your lucky gift recipient in a beautiful HelloMissilia package.
3. You / they open, enjoy wonderful products and are welcomed into a supportive women’s community with each box.
I know an amazing woman - How do I nominate her to be a Missilette?
We would love to hear from you! Missilettes are chosen by our staff and come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Please submit a 500 word essay on what makes her so incredible to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions are kept on file for the period of 1-year. Feel free to submit annually!
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
For reoccurring subscriptions, billing occurs the Friday before your package ships. If you have prepaid, billing will reoccur on the first shipment following the 3 month, 6 month, or year anniversary of your purchase (whichever was selected during checkout).
How do I cancel my HelloMissilia subscription?
We'd be very sad to see you go, but we hope you'll keep us in mind for future gifts and other lifestyle essentials. Head to the account section, select the item you wish to cancel, and follow the directions. Our policy on cancellation is pretty simple: you need to cancel by 5 PM (Pacific time) on Thursday the week before your next scheduled shipment (every Wednesday).
When will I receive my first HelloMissilia shipment?
Single Orders: most orders are fulfilled within 48-hours of receipt.
New Subscribers: we ship every Wednesday for most new subscribers, so that we can get you your first box as soon as possible.
Once you are a Repeating Subscriber on a HelloMissilia gift or subscription plan, your box will ship out the first week of the month, regardless of when you signed up. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, boxes are delivered within 3 business days.
Where does HelloMissilia ship?
HelloMissilia ships to all US states and military addresses (AE, AA, AP). In order to maintain the freshness of our product, we do not ship internationally, or to Canada, or any US territories or protectorates. Upon request, HelloMissilia will ship Corporate gift orders internationally at additional cost.
How do I track the status of an order?
You can see which orders have shipped, and whether you have future shipments scheduled by logging into your account. Every time we ship, we send you a shipment notification by email. This email will contain a USPS tracking URL, and will list all of the items that are on their way. If you have any questions about an order, you can also email email@example.com
How do I change the shipping address?
Simply head to your account page. From there you'll be able to customize all the specifics of your order, including the shipping address.
What about holiday shipping?
Not to worry, we've got you covered! If you'd like to place an order now and have it ship at a later date, we do list shipping dates through the new year (along with estimated delivery dates) right in the checkout page.
You'll be able to place orders to ship out on the 19th to arrive before the 25th up though 5 PM PST on December 16th. If you have any questions about shipping or if you need any assistance in finding the right option for you, feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want my package to arrive on a specific date?
We can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date because shipping errors can occur from time to time but we are happy to adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to a specific arrival time. Our shipment days fall on Wednesdays and standard shipping is 3-5 business days but the majority of our boxes make it to their destinations within 2-3 business days.
Can I customize the items I receive?
No - our boxes are specially curated around a monthly theme, tailored to the female hero that we feature every month (our Missilette). Should you receive that product that you cannot personally utilize, please pay it forward and gift it to a strong woman in your life. If there's any way we can make your gift or subscription better suited to your active lifestyle, just let us know!
How many products are in a HelloMissilia package?
Each HelloMissilia "mini" box includes two full-size items. Each HelloMissilia “regular size" box includes no less than four full-size items. Packages are curated months in advance to ensure that you always receive a package that is high in value.
Does HelloMissilia have any single product offerings?
We do! Have a gander at our online shop. We also offer some samplers and past popular boxes as gifts.
Are your products organic and/or fair trade?
When sourcing for beauty and wellness products, we make it a priority to partner with small batch, independent providers, and we carefully screen them not just for their product sourcing practices, but for their overall attention to quality in the finished product.
What about Allergies and Ingredients?
Our sourced products are manufactured by other companies and contain various ingredients. HelloMissilia, Mission Ambition, LLC DBA Missilia are not responsible for known or previously unknown allergic reactions to any products sold. If you have allergies or other concerns, we encourage you to re-gift the item or feel free to ask us for direct contact information to the product manufacturer.

For single product purchases: Absolutely. First, we encourage you to take to heart the mission of Missilia and re-gift the item to a strong woman in your life. We want you to enjoy the package, so if you ever receive a product that is the wrong size or just really doesn't suit your tastes, just reach out to email@example.com and we'll be happy to send a replacement of something you might like better!

It is important that our customers receive unique products. At this time, we only work with independent, non multi-level marketing product manufacturers that are licensed, insured and meet all USA guidelines.
